Learning

I am re-learning Photoshop and was thrilled to discover that there is an easy way to automate picture galleries in PS. I will be working on the pet memorial and then will have something to show Peter when I do his site.

Practice

Today I went to 9:00 yoga. After spending about 14 hours in the car since in the last 48 hours I really needed it. It was a challenging class. We did a lot of squatting and balance poses and the strength segment was hard.

Near the end we did inversions. I did a fore-arm balance . It just clicked and came together and I went up easily. It was like all the practice I have been doing over the last 3 years paid off. I am reminded that it is always a good thing to do my practice and I should be more diligent!

Christmas iTunes Party Shuffle...

I am often amazed at iTunes' ability to put together playlists. I wonder what algorithm they use...For example, now that it is December the holiday songs are tastefully sprinkled throughout.

Well, we had a great time this past week with my daughter home from college. We saw Chicago and "Failure to Launch".

The little red hen, Pat laid a couple of eggs. I looked for some more today, but no such luck.

Hopefully someone will be taking all that scrap wood off my hands soon...

And the cool news is the grapes are budding out... and an egret sat on my arbor the other day as I was working on the computer! As I looked out my window I was lucky enough to see the egret walking along the top of my grape arbor! This picture was the best I could get before he flew away.

We had a horrendous storm on Monday. Lots of stuff happened, including Lucy getting lost for about 18 hours! On Tuesday I went in the coop to feed Pat. When I closed the door and put the lid on the feel (That grey garbage can under the woodpile) the whole coop fell down.
